Whitehaven is a Georgian town on the North West Cumbrian coast. From its origins as a small fishing village originating in 1633, it became the third largest trading port in the UK, exporting coal world-wide until other places took over.
I create my canvases with a UK supplier who uses renewable sources for their product. The canvas is 2cms depth and stretched as tight as a drum for lasting quality.
