Shipping terms;
KW Creatives bespoke products are usually despatched within 10 – 21 days of receiving the order . This depends on the size and scope of the commission, and sometimes urgent requests can be accommodated more quickly.
Stock items are despatched within 48 hours of order receipt from KW Creatives. Please contact me if your order is urgent.
UK Delivery:
Currently, KW Creatives only ships to UK destination. This may change in due course. If you have a special request for overseas delivery, please email me at hello@kwcreatives.co.uk or use the contact form. I may be able to organise this for you.
The most effective postage / courier method will be selected on receipt of the order. You will also be offered a local delivery option for local postcodes that are practical for me to deliver to once a week. Please factor in order time as per above. Adverse Weather Conditions
